My Boys

This is my first blog post.
I apologize if it's boring, work with me and we can do great things.
So I've got a toddler who just turned 2!
The potty training thing isn't going so well. I try not to get frustrated, just because his older brother was potty trained by 2 and virtually trained himself. I know, I know all kids are different and it's taken me long enough to figure that out, even though I was a preschool teacher for years.
I have now taken this to heart as my youngest shows great motor skills, something my oldest never really had.
My toddler can ride a scooter, he's been throwing a ball since he was 8 months and hitting one being pitched to him since 15 months. ALL while being a Southpaw like his mama.
He's my future ALL STAR. He knows all the sports, an instead of him telling you a duck say quack, he can tell you the noise any vehicle makes... even the difference between a plane and a jet! So yeah I'll take this special talent.
Now my oldest is a brainiac. He's in all advanced and honors classes. He's in 10th grade math, while only being in 8th grade.
He's got an awesome IQ and is so different from most teenagers.
His favorite band is The Beatles and has been since he was little. He loves 60's and 70's rock and therefor doesn't get along with many girls his age because they only speak Justin Beiber and 1D, both of which he obviously detests.
I love both my boys equally and for their differences.
They both make me proud on a daily basis and I know they'll continue to do so into the future.
